CORONAVIRUS ANNOUNCEMENT

In light of developments surrounding COVID-19 pandemic, the administration has made the difficult decision to close the mosque. No prayers or activities will be held until further notice this includes jumah prayers and all regular daily prayers.

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him said, "If you hear that there is a plague in a land, do not enter it; and if it (plague) visits a land while you are therein, do not go out of it.” (Bukhari) By this tradition we learn that it is not permissible to knowingly expose ourselves and others to diseases.We apologize for the inconveniences caused through the closure of the mosque. We appreciate your understanding and your prayers.
Here are some general precautions:
· Stay home; if you have flu like symptoms (fever, cough, sneeze, runny nose, headaches, joint pains etc…)

Do not shake hands
·
Please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.

Practice social distancing by staying home as much as possible.
