If you are a small business owner there are some state and federal programs that can help keep your company afloat during this  pandemic. 

Small Business Relief Fund

The City of Boston is committed to helping small businesses make it through this pandemic. The city has pledged $2 million dollars in grants for small businesses that are most impacted by COVID-19. For the purposes of this fund, you qualify as a small business if:


  • You employ fewer than 35 employees
  • Make less than $1,500,000 in annual revenue
  • You are registered and in good standing in the city of Boston

Applications for this fund will go live on the CIty of Boston website on April 6, 2020. 


Disaster Loan Assistance

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) is providing one time loans up to $10,000 to small businesses who have been economically impacted by COVID-19. Companies facing revenue loss can apply for the loan, the loan will not have to be repaid. The application can be found HERE.
