During this period of social distancing, masjid closures, and quarantine, the Boston Islamic Center would like to benefit the community and prepare the youth for the month of Ramadan.
As such, Youth Retreat has put together an online seminar titled "The Fiqh of Ramadan" with Mufti Muhammad ibn Muneer. The shaykh is no stranger, having visited our community twice before. For those who are unaware, the shaykh acquired a master's degree in the field of hadith at the Islamic University of Madina and has impacted much of the western world in his love for the sunnah and dynamic dawah style.
Topics include when to start/break one's fast, what invalidates a person's fast, those exempted from fasting, taraweeh and the sunnah acts one can do, and other religious rulings about this sacred month.
Please join us tomorrow at 5:15 PM and share it with your friends and family. Use the link below to participate in shaa Allah.

Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him), reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The deeds are considered by the intentions, and a person will get the reward according to his intention. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Messenger, his emigration will be for Allah and His Messenger; and whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration would be for what he emigrated for".
