We would like to inform you about the event that will be taking place on Friday 4/9/2021 at BIC starting 7:30 PM to 8:40 PM. Our scholars will address the importance of Ramadan and how to properly prepare for the blessed month.

We're happy to announce the relaunch of RISE this Saturday, April 3 at 5 PM via zoom.

Eid Mubarak: Today (Friday, May 22nd, 2020) will be the 29th and final day of Ramadan!

On Wednesday, May 8, 2020, we distributed our second-round food boxes at BIC. Firstly, we'd like to thank Mayor Martin Walsh and the City of Boston for making this happen.

During this period of social distancing, masjid closures, and quarantine, the Boston Islamic Center would like to benefit the community and prepare the youth for the month of Ramadan.

Update: All masjid activity will be suspended starting March 17, 2020. This includes Friday Jumah prayer and all daily prayers.

Dear BIC Community, the dangerous and life-threatening floods that took place in Baledweyne is heartbreaking and a major cause for concern.

Waxaa Alle Mahadii iyo farxad inoo ah dhismaha Masjidku uu meel fiican noo marayo.

September 15 Update: The dividing wall between the main area and the extension has been demolished meaning that all masjid operations will be held in the tent until further notice. Please continue to attend prayers and dugsi classes and support us financially in person and here on our website.

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "There is no deed that is better in the sight of Allah or more greatly rewarded than a good deed done in the (first) ten days of Al-Adha".

Purpose: The Boston Islamic Center once held daily summer Dugsi sessions for the youth to participate in Quranic classes, lectures on Fiqh, Hadeeth, Seerah, Aqeedah, etc.
